Bilingual Executive Assistant
Financial Services, Madrid
Our client, a well-regarded firm in the financial services sector, is looking for an articulate Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide support to a partner and team in their Madrid office.
Responsibilities (among others) include:
- Diary/Agenda management for Partner and wider team
- Coordinate meetings with participants based across various time zones
- Assist in drafting and proofreading high quality written materials in English and Spanish (accuracy and strong writing skills are essential)
- Support the team in the preparation of reports, presentations and market commentary, ensuring consistency, clarity and accuracy
- Collect, organise and update macroeconomic and market data
- Travel organisation for Partner and wider team
- CRM: Maintain detailed and accurate records. Ensure system is consistently updated with relevant information
- Collate expenses for Partners and reconcile credit card statements within given deadlines
- Event organisation for clients & team alike (breakfasts, offsites etc.)
- Ad hoc requests and general coordination support for the team
Candidates must have a high level of English/Spanish (minimum C1) and ideally hold a relevant University degree. A strong command of standard Tech and applications (Office, Google, Zoom, Slack, CRM software etc.) is required. It is essential that candidates hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. Financial services (all areas) or consulting backgrounds are preferred.
The chosen candidate will be a self starter with a “can do” attitude. They will also be well organised, able to pay exceptional attention to detail and able to produce quality deliverables. Previous knowledge of financial concepts will be regarded as a plus.
Location – Madrid
Salary – Dependent on experience + Bonus
Timetable – Monday-Thursday 09.00 – 19.00h, Friday 09.00 – 14.30h
