Founded in 2015, we are a niche, dedicated team who exercise our market knowledge and pride ourselves on our ability to connect, empathise and deliver.
Hayley is the founder of Victoria Selection & Search whose background in search and recruitment stems from an early exposure to her family’s successful London based firm.
She graduated with a Degree in International Management and Spanish and began her career in Banking/Financial Services in Madrid.
Whilst developing her career, she noticed a gap in the market for a quality, bilingual service and subsequently launched Victoria Selection & Search.
Victoria Rodríguez Nind
Victoria joined Victoria Selection & Search in 2017 following the completion of her Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations.
Thanks to her dual British/Spanish nationality, Victoria appreciates relevant cultural nuances that play an integral part of her daily work.
Victoria’s fair approach ensures that expectations are well managed at all stages of the processes she leads.
Julia Domínguez Kaiser
Julia joined the team in 2022 following a successful career as an Executive Assistant and Communications and Business Development Executive at both an Ibex-35 and a Magic Circle legal firm.
Her strong principles have also driven her to gain wide experience in CSR and pro bono matters.
Julia’s invaluable insight and know-how allow her to support the team from a unique perspective.
