Bilingual Junior Secretary

Boutique Law Firm, Madrid (Part-Time)

Our client, a boutique legal firm is looking for a proactive bilingual Junior Secretary who can provide administrative support to their team in Madrid on a Part-time basis.

Working alongside another Assistant, responsibilities (among others) include: 

  • Acting as the face of the firm, greeting visitors and telephone reception
  • International call filtering
  • Managing documentation (formatting, track changes, printing, binding etc.)
  • Preparing and sending invoices, invoice payment verification
  • Managing client’s expenses
  • Liaising with providers to insure smooth running of the office
  • Ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies (stationary, etc.) 
  • Preparing office materials & organising meeting rooms
  • Physical and electronic archiving
  • Organising catering and couriers
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Candidates must be comfortable working in English and Spanish, dominate the Microsoft Office package and relevant software (Zoom, etc.) hold a credible University degree and have ideally 2-3 years previous experience in a PA/Secretarial role.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, very well presented and comfortable liaising with international clients. They should be able to work independently and be able to take the initiative.

Location – Madrid, Barrio Salamanca

Salary – Dependent on experience  

Timetable – Part time (20h/week)
