Bilingual Executive Assistant
Global Consultancy, Madrid
Our client, a leading global Consultancy is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to a prominent Consultant.
Responsibilities (among others) will include:
- Coordinating meetings with high profile contacts: Board level individuals, Presidents, C-Suite Management
- Coordinating meetings for Consultants’ other business and charitable affairs
Managing agenda across time zones, scheduling meetings and coordinating national and international travel - Project management: Monitoring ongoing projects and processes from start to finish
- Process & knowledge management: Maintain CRM and ensure all updates are registered in a timely manner
- Preparing correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, engagement letters, NDAs and pitches in English
- Compiling executive reports in English and Spanish
- Conference call and videoconference set up
- Develop relationships with contacts and build rapport with team of Executive Assistants
- Receiving visitors for high profile meetings
- Gatekeeping and international call filtering
- Coordination with other offices in Spain and internationally
- Ad hoc support
Candidates must have an entirely bilingual level of English/Spanish, a relevant University degree and handle standard Tech with ease (Office, GSuite, Zoom, Slack). Exposure to CRM systems also viewed favourably. It is essential that candidates hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a partner in a management consulting/client facing sector.
The ideal candidate will be a natural networker and enjoy building strong working relationships. They will be able to manage peaks of work and produce quality work in a deadline-driven environment. They will know how to “read the room” and enjoy working in a close knit team.
Location: Madrid, Barrio Salamanca
Salary: Competitive + Bonus
Timetable: 09.00 – 18.15, Friday 09.00 – 15.00 (1 x Friday afternoon cover until 18.00 a month)
Hybrid working
Incorporation: Q4 2024/Q1 2025
Contract: Permanent (subject to established trial period)
