Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a leading global Private Equity firm operating across three continents, is currently searching for a Bilingual (English speaking) Recruiting Coordinator to support full cycle recruitment for global hiring (both firm and portfolio). This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys a rigorous, “best in class” environment as well as a position that blends processes with frequent change and ambiguity. 

Key Responsibilities (not limited to): 

  • Support global recruitment efforts (for firmwide and portfolio hires), coordinating multiple hiring processes simultaneously, driving for completion within expected timescales 
  • Work closely with close knit talent team who are primarily based in London, ensuring complete cohesion and fluid communication
  • Scheduling (across global timezones and often subject to last minute changes) all interviews and update calls, as well as relevant tests or assessments, ensuring highly efficient interview processes
  • Management and ownership of ATS system (AI driven) for all searches, ensuring all trackers and interactions are updated (and that all CVs treated according to relevant GDPR regulations) 
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition leads are have necessary materials (CV, prep notes) prior to interviews/meetings 
  • Support Talent Acquisition leads with providing timely updates on mandates across all business lines 
  • Adopt a relationship driven approach, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Understand the firm’s hiring strategy and consider potential of developing a robust network of relevant talent and contacts
  • Build rapport with wider team (global and local) 

This role will be undertaken entirely in English and the chosen candidate must be a natural communicator. A relevant University degree, as well as proven experience in a high performance environment are also prerequisites. Past experience in a coordination/assistant position in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house), Exec Search (CRM/Research) or Financial Services would be advantageous. Working knowledge of standard Tech and applications (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, etc. ATS platforms) is required. 

The ideal candidate will have a high level of EQ and bring maturity and resilience to perform as expected in this role. They will be exceptionally organised, able to juggle multiple priorities at once and know how to prioritise accordingly.
