Bilingual Executive Assistant
Consulting firm, Madrid
Our client, an international strategic consulting firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to key Partners.
Among others, responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and oversee schedules for senior executives (including Managing Partner), ensuring seamless organisation despite frequent changes
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, rearrange meetings and coordinate complex multi-participant meetings across global time zones
- Arrange detailed travel logistics, often handling last-minute adjustments
- Meeting set up with multiple participants across time zones and geographies
- Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system, tracking key contacts, pipeline updates and compiling status reports for management review
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, engagement letters and NDAs
- Assist in client outreach, scheduling introductory calls, managing marketing distributions and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Support ongoing initiatives by tracking progress, providing follow-ups and liaising with various stakeholders
- Handle expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card statements
- Work closely with the Office Manager on client visits, meeting room arrangements and other administrative tasks
- Provide additional support to other team members as needed
Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish, hold a credible University Degree, be numerate and hold strong proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom. Candidates should have at least 2/3 years’ previous experience in a similar role and sector.

Location: Madrid, Castellana
Salary: Dependent on experience + Bonus + Benefits
